There are 5 traffic lights including the exit ramp light if you get off Rte 95 going South

There are 7 lights including the exit ramp light if you get off Rte 95 going north.
The last light, at which you should turn left, has a Dunkin Donuts on the left.
 
 

Dunkin Donuts Lights intersection

When you see the Dunkin Donuts on your left, take a left. This is Rte 151. Go about 2/10ths of a mile at yellow blinking light bear to the right and the Health Center is on your left at approximately 3 tenths of a mile.

Maine:

95 South to Exit 3b. Left at end of exit ramp onto Route 33. At 5th set of lights (Dunkin Donuts on left) take a left. This is Rte 151. Go about 2/10ths of a mile at yellow blinking light bear to the right and the Health Center is on your left at approximately 3 tenths of a mile.


 
Dover:

Route 16 South to 95 South then to exit 3b. Same as above.


 
Mass:

Route 95 North to Exit 3. Left at end of exit ramp go to 7th set of lights then (Dunkin Donuts on left) take a left. This is Rte 151. Go about 2/10ths of a mile at yellow blinking light bear to the right and the Health Center is on your left at approximately 3 tenths of a mile.

Manchester.

Route 101 Easy to 95 North to Exit 3 Left at end of exit ramp go to 7th set of lights then (Dunkin Donuts on left) take a left. This is Rte 151. Go about 2/10ths of a mile at yellow blinking light bear to the right and the Health Center is on your left at approximately 3 tenths of a mile.


 
Stratham:

Follow Portsmouth Ave. to Stratham Circle. Bear right onto Route 33. Continue until you see Cumberland Farms on the right. Take right hand turn (Greenland Post Office is on your right) to Route 151 and FHC will be on your right, after Town Hall complex.


 
Portsmouth:
 
Route 33 towards Greenland. Take left at Dunkin Donuts traffic light. This is Rte 151. Go about 2/10ths of a mile at yellow blinking light bear to the right and the Health Center is on your left at approximately 3 tenths of a mile.

 
Toll Information:

Coming from Dover/Rochester, Rte 16 the toll is .75¢, from Massachussetts the Hampton toll on Rte 95 North is $2.00, from Maine the York toll is $2.00, from Manchester/Nashua/Concord along Rte 101 the toll at Exeter is .75¢. Be aware that these tolls may be adjusted upward at any time.
